無水砂卵石地層土壓平衡盾構刀盤防卡死關鍵技術

［摘要］ 通過對北京地鐵14號線菜戶營站—西鐵營站區間無水砂卵石地層土壓平衡盾構掘進中刀盤卡死、力矩變化情況分析，從刀盤形狀、刀具布置軌跡、刀體本身硬度、渣土改良等方面提出改進措施，并取得較好效果。

Key Technology for Antijamming of Cutterhead on EPB Shield Tunneling in Anhydrous Sand Pebble Stratum

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the change of the clamping moment of the cutterhead jamming in the EPB shield tunnelling of the anhydrous sand pebble stratum between Caihuying Station and Xitieying Station of Beijing metro line 14, the improvement measures are put forward in the aspects of the cutterhead shape, the cutterhead layout track, the hardness of the cutterhead itself, and the slag improvement, and good results are achieved.
